Pricing

• Prices on our website are shown in € (Euros) and include 4% VAT (Value Added Tax) for books and journals, 16% for multimedia products. For residents in Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and non-EU countries, VAT will be deducted from prices shown.
   
  
• Prices depend on publishers' alterations and, in the case of books we import, on exchange rate fluctuations and are therefore subject to change without notice. Should this happen, we will contact you for confirmation of your order.
   
  
• Books are always dispatched with the corresponding invoice showing titles, prices, postage and packing charges, VAT rates and -when required- your VAT nr.
   
  

Standard Returns Policy

• The book was found to be damaged or faulty. We can either replace the book or give you a full refund (including postage costs provided the book is returned to us by the most economical method). In both cases we will wait to receive the faulty copy before dispatching a new one or giving a refund.
   
  
• The book was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs provided the book is returned to us by the most economical method) will of course be given.
   
  
• Any other reason? Please get in touch with us before you return the book.

• The books remain your property until we have received them.
   
  
• Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.
   
  

Enquiries about your order

• We will try to fulfill your order as soon as possible. If we do not acknowledge receipt of your order within one week, please re-submit your order.
   
  
• Once you hear from us, please allow 1 month for the order to be fulfilled.
   
  
• Please address any enquiries to our  or else to the Section you originally ordered from.

Delivery Times

• Within one week, we will e-mail you to acknowledge receipt of your order.
   
  
• Although our stock is constantly growing, we cannot guarantee immediate availability of all and every item shown in our catalogues. We will obviously do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
   
  
• Sometimes it may take longer than usual for us to receive books from the publishers; therefore, we would like you to let us know at the time of ordering whether
  • we should wait until we are able to dispatch in one consignment all the books you ordered (max. waiting time: 45 days)
  • we should proceed with more than one consignment. In this case we will do our best to minimize postage and packing costs.
     
    
• Should any of the books you ordered be temporarily unavailable (new edition, reprinting,...), we will inform you about it and you will be able if you so wish to modify or cancel your order.
   
  
• If the book/s you ordered will not be available (out of print items, no new edition planned, publication has been suspended,...), we will immediately cancel your order and inform you about it.
   
  
• Delivery times will depend on the method of delivery that you have chosen. Please see the following section and note that we have no control over delivery times once the books leave our premises and therefore times shown are for guidance only.

Methods of Delivery

Postal services

• Recorded delivery
  • mainland Spain, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands (7-15 days) and Portugal
  • cash-on-delivery to Portugal (15 days)
  • cash-on-delivery to Europe (20 days)
     
    
• Letter: small cash-on-delivery items to Europe (10 days)
   
  
• Postal Express: for urgent delivery (2 days) to areas where private shippers do not operate (Canary Islands) and for small urgent parcels to Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.

Shippers

• delivery to all destinations except the Canary Islands.
   
  
• DHL, UPS, GEFCO, SEUR, etc.; safe delivery to your home.
   
  
• shortest delivery times (2-5 days).
   
  
• Several of these shippers will email you as soon as the consignment leaves our premises and will provide you with a reference nr. that will enable you to track your order via the internet.

Methods of Payment

Cash-on-delivery (COD)

• Only for customers in Spain and some European countries .
   
  
• Due to postage charges, this method is not advisable for customers outside Spain, but you can choose it if you so wish.
   
  
• Payment is made
  • when collecting the parcel from your Post Office if delivery was made by postal services.
  • when shipper delivers the parcel to your home.

Credit card

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Tarjeta 6000, 4B,  Diners Club.
   
  
• Required information:
  • Credit card number
  • Card validation code (CVC):  last three numbers at the back of your card.
  • Expiry date
     
    
• We have a secure internet server (view external definition of SSL) but if you are uncomfortable using this method, you can
  • fax your credit card details. Our fax nr. (+34) 976 353226
  • send your credit card details by another way.

Charge account with us:

• Payment is made at the beginning of the month by standing order (for Spain only) or by credit card.
   
  
• You can choose the most suitable way:
  • One single monthly payment for the whole debit balance. At the beginning of every month your bank account or credit card will be charged for the amount still outstanding.
  • Fixed monthly rate  (min. 30 €). You may determine the amount you wish to pay monthly. Your credit will amount to four times the fixed monthly rate you have chosen.
  • Four instalments. Payment for every purchase may be made in four instalments.
