Ab urbe condita

la Roma de la Gens Valeria

Día de la Romanidad

Ab urbe condita (From the foundation of the city) is a fictionalized journey through the fundamental moments in the history of ancient Rome from the unique perspective of one of the few Roman families that survived from its foundation until its fall. The Valerios attended the birth of Rome, participated in the expulsion of the last kings, establishing the new republic; They fought Hannibal for control of the Mediterranean, watched the rise and fall of heroes and tyrants, counseled, conspired and drank with emperors and saw the last of the West fall along with the long sleep that accompanied the greatest empire known to the world. Through the "Veiled Gaze", which forces many of the Valerios to see the world in black and white, and guided by the pen of eoce expert authors in the different eras of Ancient Rome, we will witness the most important moments of its history. Ab urbe condita has the support and collaboration of Divulgators de la Historia and Día de la Romanidad. All royalties generated by the sale of this work have been donated by the authors to the Association History, Art and Culture of Alcántara.
