Taranis, a renowned Captain and Commander of the Kingdom of the Court, is forced to flee along with his ward Amaethon after helping to escape an old friend with an order of exile. For this they move to the Kingdom of Elthan and are recruited by The Explorers, a company that aims to explore the unknown territories of the far East.
