Ayurveda para la mujer

Women are recipients of an inexhaustible expansive energy of love and compassion. Everything we need lives in us, we are complete, it is enough to take a deep breath and take courage to come out of the shadow, purging guilt, fear, frustration, anguish, submission, devaluation, which we carry reflected in our bodies and engraved in the depths of our being, but they do not belong to us. Ayurveda helps us get rid of them. Ayurveda accompanies women from birth, childhood and puberty, to adulthood and old age. "Kumara bhrtya" is one of the eight branches of this wonderful medicine-philosophy of life and consists of pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics and geriatrics. In other words, the same Ayurveda professional accompanies the woman throughout her life and, of course, before, during and after childbirth, along with her progeny. The Vedic vision of women places them at the top of creation and gives us a wonderful contribution to each place and each situation in which they find themselves.
