Canciones para Pau Donés

On June 20 we will have for sale the latest collection of poems by the Basque poet Kepa Murua. It is "Canciones para Pau Donés", a tribute to the missing singer, and also a tribute to all those loved ones who disappear from our lives. The poems are conceived as if they were songs with simple lyrics suitable for being dedicated to a love, a friend; to be sung. There is no duplicity, no darkness in them, no hidden meanings. Composed of 34 poems-songs, it is a book-tribute to the one who is no longer here and who, however, will survive in us, like all artists for his most loyal audience. Because musicians become immortal, like the true poet, like the great artists of any time.
