He has a gift. She is cursed. Humans lurk, and a goddess exacts revenge. Selene is not a patient goddess. She created the werewolves to protect the forests, and when they fail, she leaves the firmament and takes the moon, strength, and magic from them. Weakened, the werewolves know that the attack of the humans is imminent. The ancestors guide the new seer, Nestor, to his last hope: he must embark on a journey to awaken Ferner, one of the first werewolves, who promised to return for one last battle. Sierra, too furious to know how to be prudent, offends the goddess and is punished: Selene makes her human, and makes her entire tribe forget her. With no family, no identity, and no one to remember who she was, Sierra decides to accompany Néstor on her trip. If she loses her life defending him, at least she will have given him meaning. Time is running out. The threats multiply. The gods are restless, and humans are not alone.
