Summer is ending and Lieutenant Valentina Redondo is counting the days to start her vacation. But something unusual happens in the very center of the coastal town of Suances: the gardener of the former Palacio del Amo has been found dead on the lawn of that enigmatic property. The palace is one of the most historic mansions in the surroundings, and after remaining uninhabited for a long time, the American writer Carlos Green, heir to the property, has decided to temporarily settle in the place where he lived his best summers of youth. But the peace that he was looking for will be truncated by the terrible event, and although everything points to a death from natural causes, it seems that someone has touched the corpse, and Carlos confesses that in recent days he has perceived inexplicable presences to reason. Despite the fact that Valentina is absolutely skeptical about the paranormal, both she and her team, and even her partner, Oliver, will be involved in a series of unusual events that will lead them to investigate what happened in the most extravagant and anomalous way. , discovering that some places keep a surprising timeless and secret breath, and that all the characters have something to tell and hide.
