This one is about craftsmanship, the ability to do things well". First of all, it is worth highlighting the very concept of artisanal activity, which encompasses, as is analyzed throughout the book, both the ancient trades of potter or glassblower as well as that of luthier or musical interpreter, that of cook, the work of doctors and nurses, that of the Linux team, promoter of Wikipedia, or the ability of parents to educate their children, to give just a few examples.
