El Kalevala canino

In the distant lands of Kalevala there lived in ancient times a tribe of dogs, wild and free. In the neighboring dark Pohjola lived a clan of fierce and evil wolves. Between them resided the small but tenacious cat village. When dogs and wolves competed for possession of the forests, furious fights could not be avoided... Mauri Kunnas evokes the times of the Kalevala with his magicians and sages and reinterprets the exciting events of the Finnish national epic in a canine way.
