El nombre de Dios
Zoilo, José
Legend has it that King Solomon had an object built on which he would write all the knowledge of the world: a table full of gold and jewels capable of filling the ambition of those who possess it with its power. Year 711 AD. C .: Muslim troops land for the first time in the south of the Iberian Peninsula with an unstoppable desire to conquer that until now has known no rival. Surprised while fighting in the north of his territory, the Visigoth king Roderico must set out to defend the southernmost province of a kingdom that now faces too many enemies. As armies prepare for battle and old feuds begin to surface among the Goth nobles, a religious escorted by a small party heads out onto the battlefield carrying a relic that could change the course of the war. It is time to see if its sacred power will be enough to take victory, or if, on the contrary, it will end up becoming the kingdom's doom.
