The story begins when, upon the death of the High King, a great war is about to break out in the peaceful land of Osten Ard, fueled by the dark powers of witchcraft. Only the Scroll League, a small group of characters, can save the kingdom by searching for three long-lost swords of power. To do this they will have to face enemies straight out of the legend creators' worst nightmares.
