Trajan, Hadrian, Marcus Aurelius and Theodosius have gone down in history as the best emperors of Rome. All of them were Hispanic. Coming from the two longest-lived dynasties, the first produced emperors of the stature of Trajan, Hadrian or Marcus Aurelius, who led the Golden Age of the Empire. The second, that of Theodosius the Great, was the last to govern the entire Empire together.
