A nursing assistant from a health center appears dead under strange circumstances. A new case for the Ertzaintza officer Carmen Arregui, whose resolution will be complicated due to the surprising "normality" that the routine life of the deceased and her environment presents. The total absence of traces, hobbies and friends of the victim, however small, will be a huge challenge. Carmen Arregui is an officer committed to her job, overflowing with common sense and with a complete family life. Able to get the best out of each of her collaborators: the shy Aduriz, the efficient Lorena and the antediluvian Fuentes, and, at the same time, avoid the always opportunistic impositions of Commissioner Landa; in addition to having a particular ability to clear a homicide scene with panache: "At the crime scene, he who does not help gets in the way." A well-woven story that progresses in a patient investigation and that, little by little, will discover small details in the existence of the victim that will reveal that there is no life without secrets.
