The protagonist of this book is Lur, a 40-year-old worker. White, straight and middle class. Basque settled in Madrid. She unravels her privileges and oppressions, her conflicts and imbalances. We find her on these pages among friends, on the street with unknown men, at home with her partner, with co-workers, visiting relatives or in bed without being able to sleep. The sky of Madrid shelters the nine stories that make up this book, in which some processionaries appear next to the train station, the scratches produced by some ballerinas, interchangeable conversations that question what would happen if a child died while sleeping, the sewers of an office and a pink smoke.
