Guía Melendo del Champagne 2022-2023

It seems like yesterday when we began the adventure of publishing a champagne guide in Spanish, with evaluations and scores prepared by a tasting committee made up of renowned experts from different fields, all of them related to the world of wine and from different parts of the Spanish geography. It all started in Falset, the capital of Priorat, with the preparation tastings for the 2014 Melendo Champagne Guide. The project continued with the edition of the guides corresponding to the years 2016-2017, 2018-2019, 2020-2021 and is now consolidates with this 2022-2023. This guide has already become a reference for professionals and fans of what for many is the best wine in the world; It has earned recognition from consumers who value the professionalism of the more than thirty professionals who have participated in its production and who have had the courage to face blindly assessing wines; and the respect of a large number of champagne producers, both from the Maisons and the Vignerons, who every two years, regardless of the scores obtained, enthusiastically continue to send us samples of those wines that in most cases represent a tradition started many generations ago. All of them have in common the effort to achieve and maintain the highest quality of their products under the umbrella of a region and a wine that deeply unites them.
