La drecera de Caïm

It was in 1978. While the new Constitution was being drafted in Spain, the German Franz Brühler, a solitary ecologist who was trying to make a place for himself in this rural setting, disappeared in Vall-de-Roures. Elíades Bel parked his work as a photographer for a few days to follow in the footsteps of the missing person and write a report that caused a sensation. The investigation, however, turns one hundred and eighty degrees when a mass grave appears a few miles from the village. Are the two facts related? What was Franz Brühler going to do in the county, really? Why does the Civil Guard want to disregard the investigations?
