From the constant demand for attention of technology, to 24 hours of constant headlines, and the overwhelming demands of work, our ability to focus is being stretched harder than ever. We are suffering from a collective attention deficit disorder that makes us feel scattered, overwhelmed and anxious, but unable to resist distractions like emails, video calls, messages or notifications.
