Marte y el enigma de la vida
Vaquerizo, Juan Ángel
Who has not ever looked at the starry sky and felt insignificant before the immensity of the universe that surrounds us? All these bright spots have aroused the curiosity of human beings since time immemorial, but there is one in particular that has exerted an irresistible attraction on us. It is about Mars, the red planet, which has fascinated us with the possibility that it was inhabited by a Martian civilization. The study of Mars is considered essential to understand the origin of life on Earth, since it has been found that both planets had a similar past, with abundant liquid water on their surface. Since we successfully sent rover robots to the red planet, interest in unlocking its secrets has grown steadily. We are experiencing crucial moments in Martian exploration; so much so that the first human being to set foot on the planet has already been born and everything indicates that some of the great enigmas that it still hides could be solved in the coming decades.
