No me estás escuchando

At work, on social media, in our private lives we create stories and transmit thousands of messages. We try to convince, explain, stand out by being the rapporteurs because we value what we project more than what we absorb. However... We are not listening and no one is listening to us. We live in a multitasking world, in which fixing our attention is almost an impossible mission, but only by listening well can we connect with others and acquire a critical capacity for our thoughts and arguments. Good listening can transform our personal and work relationships, improve our self-knowledge, and increase our creativity and empathy.
