O negociador

A historical fact, the longest kidnapping committed by ETA in Spain, is the starting point of this novel. The negotiations, which take place in Algiers, are narrated through the exceptional testimony of the man who participated in those meetings for liberation. The memories and feelings of that moment fill the whole story. The lives of the people involved in the settlement process, also on the part of ETA, become a complex maze with different exits and side stories that affect even later generations. "The Negotiator" weaves a documented and suggestive proposal that intertwines intense emotions and political contexts that try to explain the personal consequences of that event.
