Oliver y Max

At eight years old, Oliver does not remember anything other than the noise of the sirens and the drone of the planes flying over the sky of a devastated Berlin. His mother works as a nurse at the Charité hospital and is increasingly critical of the regime's values, while his father, Max, is a Reich cook and seems oblivious to the magnitude of the Nazi horror. One afternoon, when Oliver and his mother return home, an explosion irretrievably divides their destinies... Inspired by the savage practices of the Aktion t4 show, Oliver and Max is a moving story about the love between a father and a son, but also, and above all, a valuable vital lesson: in the worst moments, the human being is capable of giving the best of himself.
