Chinese Shadows are twelve tales that are not what they seem. They are twelve shadows projected on a screen, on a blank page, images of a reality that only really appears when the lights are turned on. In this book, a glass figurine, impossible works, a rather difficult farewell, a bad day before a job interview, a traumatic captivity or a stalking that rubs the crime are part of this great game of hands.
