Qué harías si no tuvieras miedo

The world we were brought up for is ceasing to exist. The rules of the economic game have changed. We are a generation of transition between two eras: the industrial/analog and the knowledge / digital. Hence, we have no choice but to reinvent ourselves, questioning the old beliefs and slogans with which we were conditioned. In case of not doing so, we will soon become obsolete and we will be out of the market. The most difficult thing is to overcome fear of change. Ironically, avoiding risk and staying in our comfort zone is the most risky thing we can do. The time has come to jump into the void and start the journey through the desert, discovering how we can develop a useful, creative and meaningful profession that provides much added value. Only in this way will we be able to enjoy abundant and recurring economic income in this new era.
