After losing one of the divine artifacts, the Dragon Keepers call an urgent meeting to take action against the aliens. Meanwhile, Soldier D, who we thought was dead, turns up alive! And now he has the help of Hibiki, a defender of justice who seeks peace and harmony between humans and aliens. However, suddenly an underling of the Blue Keeper who has tracked them down appears, and they must face off in a battle for survival. Finding himself against a rock and a hard place, Hibiki hatches a desperate plan with which they both manage to escape with their lives. With his transformation powers, Soldier D must impersonate him and infiltrate Bailong's nest, the place where the patrol members reside.
