Soldier D decides to impersonate Hibiki using his transformation powers to infiltrate the Bailong nest, the place where the Patrol members reside. However, to be promoted, he must pass a final exam that only one from each team can pass. He and Shion are part of the red team, and they must fight together to steal the key that accredits passing the test. But the minions won't make it easy for them, so the rest of the teams will have to join forces if they want a chance to be part of the Patrol. Will Soldier D be able to remain inconspicuous and rise through the ranks to become a Dragon Keeper?
