Dick, Philip K.

Ragle Gumm is an ordinary man with an ordinary life. But he has a very unique way of making a living: every day he participates in the daily contest of the local newspaper "Where will the little green man be next time?", And he always wins. He has won for the past three years, without exception. However, this idyllic existence will change drastically when Ragle Gumm feels anxious to leave town, which he has never done before, and realizes that an unknown authority is preventing him. Little by little, Ragle begins to suspect that his world is nothing more than an illusion, built around him for the sole purpose of keeping him docile and happy. But if you're right, what is the outside world like and what do you actually do every day when you think you're trying to guess where the little green man will be?
