A family gathering that generates life or death situations. An original and very funny cozy crime. "Everyone in my family has killed someone. Some, the most active, more than once." Ernie Cunningham never liked family gatherings. Perhaps the fact that her family has not forgiven her for reporting her brother Michael to the police has something to do with it. In honor of the truth, Ernie saw him commit murder, but it's clear that the Cunningham family isn't quite normal. Now they have decided to get together and spend the weekend in a mountain hotel to celebrate the return of Michael, whom they have not seen for three years. But the plans of calm in a dream place end suddenly when a corpse appears near the hotel. With the local police clearly overwhelmed by the case, Ernie decides to take the reins of the investigation to discover if the culprit is, as he suspects, one of his family members.
