After a violent outburst of rage, young Daniele is hospitalized against his will in a psychiatric hospital for a week. He shares a room with five patients that society has placed on the margins of the system. Isolated and protected from the world, the six establish a fraternal bond under the watchful, apathetic or indolent gaze of doctors and nurses, Daniele begins a furious search to find meaning in his life.
