Tratado de la delincuencia

With the pretentious and showy title of Treaty of the delinquency, Roberto Art reunited diverse articles, between more than thousand, that previously it had published in the newspaper El Mundo of Buenos Aires. Parade here "La bribery" (bribery), "The fascineroso", "Martingaleros and other pilletes", "The lawyer in the funerals", "Assault in gang and armed hand", "Write a malandrino", among many others. They are brush strokes of reality, brief brushstrokes, inventory of astonishment about the types of criminals or urban rogues that Arlt met in the Buenos Aires of his time. The axis of the book is urban crime in its different forms, which serves as a pretext for its author to rehearse his sharp prose, his irony and the social criticism he is accustomed to in his texts.
