Un examen extraordinario

Allison Avery loves to win. After years of academic effort, she has managed to be accepted into the prestigious doctoral program she has always dreamed of: she will study medieval literature under the guidance of a professor whom she has admired for years. But she soon finds out that her ex-boyfriend has also entered the same program. Colin Benjamin is perhaps the only person in the world who loves winning more than Allison. And when the two meet again, the competition begins. But what begins as a personal struggle of wits (and literature) soon turns into all-out war when the professor announces a golden career opportunity with only one open position. Competing with Colin is as natural as breathing, and after he broke her heart years ago, she's not about to let him win. But when a family emergency, a late-night road trip, and a flirtatious game of Scrabble bring them together again, Allison begins to wonder if they could be stronger on the same team. Although if they fall in love again, she will have to choose between a unique job opportunity or a second chance at love.
