Un zoo en el fin del mundo

The Qing Empire is in decline. The powerful Dowager Empress has passed away and the fate of her private zoo is uncertain: the animals can only wait to be auctioned or starve. But an unlikely savior enters the scene: Morgan Colloway, a missionary with the difficult task of evangelizing in the interior of China; He must capture the attention of the villagers and knows that a zoo would be the perfect claim. So the young man decides to buy as many animals as his tight budget allows and embark on an epic journey to Chifeng, a remote village in the Mongolian grasslands.
