Veneno

una historia real

Trincia, Pablo

In the late 1990s, in two small towns in Bassa Modenese, an area located in north-central Italy, sixteen children were separated from their families by social services and sent to other parts of the country. The parents were suspected of belonging to a sect of satanic pedophiles who performed nocturnal rituals in the cemetery under the supervision of a Catholic priest much loved by the neighbors. It is the same children who told the psychologists and social workers these horrific and atrocious scenes. The network of monsters that they described involved mothers, fathers, brothers, uncles and acquaintances, but the truth is that there is not even a testimony from an adult person. No one has seen or heard anything. Is it possible that in this corner of the world such a deep and effective law of silence has been imposed? The reality of the facts will emerge in a new light, more chilling than the previous one. However, for many it will be too late, although some of them will have a new opportunity.
