Vint sopars de duro
paradoxes vers les persones i les empreses

Nothing causes more than reality, so this book is cooked from the personal and shared experiences of the authors on the evolution of careers and the development of organizations. These are fiction-reality stories based on twenty gastronomic encounters in which dialogue, debate and reflection are the raw material for the stew of each chapter. Their condition as unconditional observers allows them to be exegetes of this reality and to give their opinion from the most desirable freedom. The protagonists, who call themselves the Alexandria Quartet, like the characters in Lawrence Durrell's famous work, present each of the themes in a multifaceted way where each vision forms an inseparable part of this reality. Renouncing the temptation to fall into a simple reductionism of the complexity of human-business relations, or to offer innocuous advice or manuals of procedure, they resort to irony and maieutics to question real situations, such as the meaning of business, leadership, crises, loss of centrality, the role of social agents, teamwork or post-work life, and so on. Paradoxes become antiseptics of the mantras of today's business style culture, to take the reader into the realm of doubt and critical thinking.
