A brawl between the Bofûrin and Shishitoren gangs begins in which only the toughest will win! The Shishitoren are a gang that only admits the strongest... and apparently they've come to Bofûrin territory wanting to cause trouble! Haruka, who has just joined the gang of the Fûrin Institute to protect the city, starts off on the wrong foot and it is his fault that the conflict with the Shishitoren begins. Now Umemiya, the leader of the Bofûrin, must show his face and face off in a fight in which the band's reputation will be at stake.
