Francesco Borghero. Following the award of a research doctorate in Mediaeval History at the University of Florence, Francesco Borghero (Cagliari, 1992) pursued research into the socio-economic and institutional history of late mediaeval Italy at the Universities of Florence and Siena, with particular reference to ecclesiastical and religious institutions in Tuscany and institutional and social entities in Sardinia.
