CLSBE, U. Católica, holds a Ph.D. in European Political Economy (UCP), a Master (Nova, Lisbon) and a licenciatura (UCP) in Economics and an MA in International Affairs (Johns Hopkins U.). He also held a one-year post-doctoral fellowship at U. Oxford, was a Researcher in Economics at the EUI (PhD progr.), and became the 1st Robert Schuman Fellow of the European Commission at CEPS. He returned to the EUI as Visiting Fellow. In Portugal, he taught mainly at UCP (Ec. Dept. and IEE), U. Aveiro (Visiting Associate Professor) and INA. In 2012-19 he was EPE Visiting Senior Fellow at the LSE and PEFM Associate and Visiting Fellow at St Antony’s, U. Oxford.
