The present literary and photographic anthology aims to reveal stories, records and memories that revolve around the main theme: the Levadas of Madeira.
Its purpose is therefore to establish a relationship between the literary text and the photograph, given the reciprocal nature of these mediums, in order to establish a dialogue between verbal and visual communication.
Given its broad nature, Levadas da Madeira: a literary anthology is intended as an invitation to a reading experience, cultural itinerary, to an alternative way of sensibility to the theme in cause, through aesthetic fruition, with all the visual and literary stimuli that reside, float and run from there.
