The publication is an attempt to reconstruct the ritual landscape and the interrelationship of sacred buildings in the area of Eastern Thebes during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut. It collects and analyzes the sites of building activity of this period, their structure and functioning, and reconstructs the extent of changes introduced by the queen in this area. An important task of the publication is to correct misleading interpretations accrued in the literature. The results of the study indicate the great transformations introduced by the queen in Egypt.

La publicación es un intento de reconstruir el paisaje ritual y la interrelación de los edificios sagrados en la zona de Tebas oriental durante el reinado de la reina Hatshepsut. Recoge y analiza los lugares de actividad constructiva de este periodo, su estructura y funcionamiento, y reconstruye el alcance de los cambios introducidos por la reina en esta zona. Una tarea importante de la publicación es corregir las interpretaciones erróneas acumuladas en la bibliografía. Los resultados del estudio indican las grandes transformaciones introducidas por la reina en Egipto.
