In this book, the author seeks to bring readers closer to the procedure for setting out the anti-dumping measures. On the one hand, this is achieved in a simple, straightforward manner, by displaying every mechanism, -profusely illustrated with examples-, which leads to the setting of provisional or definitive duties where appropriate.
